No School - Labor Day Break
Royal Oak Schools will be closed for the Labor Day break from Friday, September 4, 2026 to Monday, September 7, 2026. School will resume on Tuesday, September 8.

Royal Oak Schools are closed November 2 and 3, 2026 for staff development.
Half Day for Elementary Schools
Royal Oak Elementary Schools have a half day on Wednesday, November 11. Pickup is at 12:15 PM.
No School - Thanksgiving Break
Royal Oak Schools are closed November 25 - 27, 2026 for Thanksgiving Break. School resumes on Monday, November 30, 2026.
Last Day of School!
The last day of the school year is June 5. This will be a half day.
2026 Keller PTA Fun Fair
Don't miss this PTA-sponsored "rain or shine" end-of-school-year event. We will have connect four inflatable basketball, a petting farm, bounce house, crafts, photo booth, face paint, chalk art wall, balloon animals, 5th grade dunk tank, hot dogs, pizza, bottled water, canned beverages and Ray's ice cream.
ADMISSION: Free!
FOOD: All food items, snacks, and drinks are $1 each.

No school on May 22 and May 25 in observation of Memorial Day.
May Keller PTA Meeting (Offsite - Rock and Brews)
Our last PTA meeting of the year is Monday, May 11 at 7pm, at Rock and Brews Royal Oak. This meeting is for adults; we will not have babysitters onsite.
Keller PTA will provide appetizers to share; additional food and drink are up to each individual to purchase.

2026 International Food & Family Festival
Come enjoy a night out with friends and family at Keller to experience culturally diverse entertainment, art, and more at the Keller PTA International Food & Family Festival (IFFF). As an International Baccalaureate school, this festival is one of our most important events as we learn more about the world outside our own front door.
The IFFF is an annual multicultural event and fundraiser that allows students and their families to try foods from around the world, experience different cultures, learn about countries around the world, and become immersed in the sights and sounds of world music and dance!
We encourage wearing clothing that expresses your heritage.
FREE ADMISSION
Doors Open at 6:30pm and the event ends at 8:30pm
CAN YOU VOLUNTEER?
We cannot hold these events without the help of volunteers. Volunteer shifts are available in 30-minute intervals so you can still enjoy the evening with your family and friends!
Volunteers working cash boxes must be current PTA members, per our insurance regulations.

Keller PTA Talent Show: The World Is Our Stage
The Keller PTA proudly presents the Talent Show: The World is Our Stage!
Families, friends, and the community are invited to come out and support all of the Keller Elementary risk-takers who will be performing on stage.
This event will be held in the Royal Oak Middle School auditorium, 709 N Washington Ave. Parking is limited; we recommend carpooling with family and friends.
DOORS OPEN AT 5:30 pm, performance begins at 6:00pm.

Tickets are $5.00 per person. This event is free for children 11 and under.
FUNDRAISERS:
5th Grade: Concessions during intermission. Food and drinks must stay in the hallways/ outside. NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED IN THE AUDITORIUM.
