2026 Winter Market Vendor Application

The Winter Market will take place on Saturday, November 14th, 2026 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Helen Keller Elementary School (1505 N Campbell Rd., Royal Oak, MI 48067). The Market is free to enter for shoppers and features more than 50 vendors, a craft station for children, and food available for purchase.
Vendor space rental fee is $30 per space and is on a first come, first served basis. In order to secure a space, the form and payment must be completed by November 1st, 2026. Once you have registered, you will receive an invoice to make your payment. (Note: Invoices are sent manually and may take up to 3 business days to process.)
Setup times are Friday, November 13th from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday, November 14th from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
