The Importance of Volunteers Like YOU!

HELP BUILD OUR SCHOOL COMMUNITY

Volunteering through the PTA is a great way to get to know other parents and families in your neighborhood. Keller Elementary PTA offers a variety of ways to get involved, from small one hour commitments to larger school year roles. We wouldn’t be able to implement or sustain events and programs we provide for the Keller community without volunteers. We’re lucky to have over 450 students and therefore such a large community of potential volunteers! If you haven’t volunteered this year yet, please consider giving your time for an upcoming event. Your kids will thank you for it!

Take the 2 Hour Challenge - Donate 1 hour each semester to the school community and help us reach over 900 volunteer hours! Volunteer opportunities are posted with each event throughout the school year. You can subscribe to our calendar to make sure the dates are held on your schedule. Any time you give is always appreciated and needed!

Join a Committee - If chair positions are left unfilled/underfilled, the committee will be removed. We never expect anyone to commit to something without support or guidance, so know you will have help along the way!

Arts & Assemblies - 1 chairperson needed

Family Event/Dance - 1 chairperson needed

Fifth Grade Promotion Liaison/Coordinator - 1 chairperon needed

Green Schools - 1 chairperson needed

Grounds & Beautification - 1 chairperson needed

Halloween Event/Dance - 1 chairperson needed

Performing Arts/ Talent Show - 1 chairperson needed

Spirit Wear - 1 chairperson needed

Silent Auction - 4 chairpeople needed
