It’s time for our annual Huskies Run fundraiser and we need your help! Now through October 12, our students can raise money for their school in our biggest fundraiser of the year. The event will take place on October 9, when students will walk or run a designated course at the school. The money raised goes to the Keller PTA!!
Key Dates:
Friday, September 11: Submit T-Shirt Form
Friday, October 9: FUN RUN!
Monday, October 12: Final Donations Due
How to Participate:
Step 1: Submit Your T-Shirt Form by Friday, September 11
ASAP (due Friday, September 11): Submit T-Shirt Form for your student (even if using a hand me down shirt)
Step 2: Register Your Student
Register and track progress for your child. Please make sure to register before submitting donations!
Donate online using a credit or debit card. Please note: When making a donation, you’ll be prompted to tip. The tip DOES NOT go to Keller or our students. It goes directly to Givebacks. Please skip the tip to make sure donations reach our students!
Step 3: Promote Your Student’s Fundraising Page
Promote our fundraiser by sharing your child’s fundraising website through email and social media.

Donate online using a credit or debit card. Please note: When making a donation, you’ll be prompted to tip. The tip DOES NOT go to Keller or our students. It goes directly to Givebacks. Please skip the tip to make sure donations reach our students!
Donations in the form of cash or check should be turned into the school using the pledge sheet (on third page of document). Please make checks payable to Helen Keller PTA.
Double Your Impact! Does your company or organization offer a Matching Gifts Program? Keller PTA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Provide your employer our official letter stating our nonprofit Tax ID.
Step 4: Check the website to track your student’s donations and see where their class stands!
Goals & Rewards
School Goal: $16,000
If we reach our overall school goal of $16,000, Principal Henning will run the track in an inflatable costume. For every $1,000 raised over our goal, we will draw an additional staff member to join in on the fun!!
Classroom Goal: $1,000 and 100% Registered
Classrooms that raise $1,000 and have 100% registration will receive:
Every class that gets 100% registration will receive a popsicle party.
Every class that raises $1,000 or more will earn an extra recess.
The top fundraising class will win a classroom trophy and bragging rights.
The top earning grade will earn new recess toys for their classrooms.
Student Goal: $50
Students who meet their $50 goal will be entered into a raffle to eat their lunch with a friend by the pond with an ice cream treat provided by the PTA.
Every student will receive a free t-shirt! Students can wear them the day of the run, for spirit days and field trips. In an effort to go green, we encourage you to swap shirts with neighbors and friends as your child changes grades.
